For over 7 years I have led brand expression at Holmes—an international, design-first engineering firm—with a focus on the US market.
As a key collaborator with company stakeholders and leadership, I drove sales and elevated brand awareness—securing wins with clients including Adobe, Google, Microsoft, the Seattle Storm, and Spotify. I directed a creative team of 4 to scale content across platforms during rapid growth, spanning 6 offices and 100+ staff. The CEO and International Director of Talent also entrusted me to update brand guidelines across Holmes Group, anchoring expression for 500+ employees worldwide. This portfolio reflects group solidarity while positioning Holmes as a pioneer in innovative sustainable designs stateside.

I co-directed the comprehensive redesign of holmes.us. I championed art, copy, and continuous enhancements in collaboration with executive leadership and web developers.
I implemented a full-frame video module featuring videos that I produced across the site, increasing average page view duration by 60%.
I set the style and tone for core navigation and top-performing landing pages, contributing original imagery and copywriting to 85% of the site.
Introduced GIFs to Holmes’ online vernacular, dynamically conveying engineering capabilities and value-add.

I ideated, designed, illustrated, and specified print production for bookmarks as sponsor collateral that reached over 3,000 event attendees. The vertical format reduced costs by ~20% compared to standard flyers, with an aspect ratio showcasing a 12-story mass timber high-rise.
Career Fairs:
I designed and specified print production for a pair of banner stands, increasing Holmes’ visibility at 50 career fairs.
